When I was making this painting I had the night sky in mind and how it has bright stars and appear through the dark night sky. I wanted to make something similar to the night sky and I focused on dark and light colors.

When viewers first see this painting, I am hoping it brings them back to a place or time when they felt happy and at peace. Whenever a viewer sees any one of my paintings I always hope it brings some of their inner emotions out.
